Replacement Policy

1. Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size issue (subject to stock availability)

2. Replacement Request Time

  • You must request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for replacement:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and packagingmust be intact.

4. Replacement Process

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product

Once approved, we will guide you through the replacement process.

5. Replacement Shipping

  • In case of wrong or damaged product, we will arrange the replacement.
  • In case of size exchange, shipping charges may apply.

6. No Cash Refund

  • Cash refunds are not provided.
  • We offer replacement only, not refunds.

7. Non-Replaceable Items

Replacement is not available for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
