Replacement Policy
1. Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product
- Size issue (subject to stock availability)
2. Replacement Request Time
- You must request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
To be eligible for replacement:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and packagingmust be intact.
4. Replacement Process
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
Once approved, we will guide you through the replacement process.
5. Replacement Shipping
- In case of wrong or damaged product, we will arrange the replacement.
- In case of size exchange, shipping charges may apply.
6. No Cash Refund
- Cash refunds are not provided.
- We offer replacement only, not refunds.
7. Non-Replaceable Items
Replacement is not available for:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
