3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in INR (₹).
- We accept UPI payments only.
- All orders are prepaid.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
4. Order Confirmation
Once payment is successful, customers will receive order confirmation via email or SMS.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within business days mentioned on the website.
- Delivery timelines vary based on location.
- We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
6. Exchange Policy (No Refund Policy)
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Products can only be exchanged in case of size issues or damaged/incorrect items.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for exchanges.
